G. Bryan Brannan - Of Counsel

Bryan, Dave and Scott were classmates at the University of Southern California Law Center.  Bryan limits his practice to representation in bankruptcy. He served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Barry Russell of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and was Staff Editor of both the Major Tax Planning Journal and Computer Law Journal. Bryan received his B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1982.

Bryan has been invited to speak as a bankruptcy law expert to the California State Bar Ass’n annual convention and has given commentary on bankruptcy issues on ABC, CBS, CNN and NBC. He is the author of "How to Establish Credit After Bankruptcy", Pacific Press, 1992.
