Note half of rudder is gone. Note missing deck from rudder head around the side. Stern pulpits gone.

Note seashells and mud embedded in toe rail by stanchion! Note holes in floor where keel used to be attached! Entire interior was flooded and is covered in mud.

We can now reliably report that the boat was lost in the fog and overshot the channel entrance to SD Bay before making the left turn - thereby running straight up onto the beach at North Island.  No word yet on whether the boat will be repaired or declared a total loss.  Thankfully, no one was hurt.
